FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on April 25, 1985, and the
Court havinq given full consideration to the Stipulated Agreement I
between the parties and after said Agreement having been read into
the record, finds and determines:
That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relationship of flusband and Wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
A. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MICHAEL RAY
~ CHAMBERS, Ausband, and RUTH MARIE CHAMBERS, Wife, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existinq
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ B. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT: The stipulated Aqreement between the
parties as to property settlement was read into the record and the
Agreement as set forth below is incorporated herein and the parties
~ are ordered to comply with the provisions of said Agreement.

~ 1. The parties'joint?y owned marital real property (being
~ a single family home located in Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County,
~ Florida) shall be partitioned and sold at private sale at a
