mutually agreed upon price. Any monies fronted by either party for
advertising and incidental expenses to attract potential buyers
shall be shared equally by the other party at the time of the
closing on said property. All such expenses shall be approved by
both the Ausband and Wife prior to incurrinq such expenses.
The Wife has a special equity in the marital home in the
~~c;:nt of $10,590.00. At the clo~ir~g of the marital ~ome, the pro-
ceeds therefrom shall be used first to pay closinq costs, expenses,
and brokeraqe fees of said sale; secondly, to pay off the existing
first mortqage at First Citizens Federal Savinqs and Loan and the
second mortqage at First National Bank and Trust of Stuart;
thirdly, a disbursement to the Wife as her special equity in the
amount of $10,590.00. All remaining proceeds from said sale shall
be divided equally between the Husband and Wife.
The Wife shal~ maintain the payments on said mortgages
which encumber tlie marital home until the sale of said property.
The Husband and Wife shall be equally responsible for the taxes and
insurance on said marital home until the sale of said property.
All other maintenance expenses incurred on the marital home which
are $100.00 or less shall be the Wife's responsibility and any
maintenance expenses over $100.00 shall be paid equally between the
parties.
The Wife shall have exclusive possession of said marital
; home until said closing on the sale of said property.

~ The Husband and Wife agree to cooperate with one another as

~ to the completion of the staininq and painting of the marital home
