The Husband shall transfer to the Wife the VHF radio, two (2) depth recorders, outriggers, tapr player, and standard marine equipment which was on the boat at the time of the parties' joint possession. The Wife shall be responsible for the ~y~pnt of thP ~st due storage bill for said powerboat to Sailfish Marina in the amount of $290.00. 3. The Husband shall retain the 1984 Honda Prelude auto- mobile and be solely responsible for the loan to First National Sank And Trust of Stuart thereon and shall indemnify and hold the Wife harmless therefrom. The Wife shall retain the 1984 Honda Accord automobile and be solely responsible for the loan to First National Bank And Trust of Stuart thereon and hold the Husband harmless therefrom. 4. The personal property as listed in the Wife's Pre-Trial ~atalog, as Exhibit "B", shall remain in the respective party's possession and become that party's property with the exception of the 1973 powerboat and marine equipment, as set out in paragraph 2 above. If there be any encumbrances on said personal property, the ~ party who has possession of the encumbered property also is solely ~ responsible for the ~ncumbrance thereon. z ~g E ~ The Husband is entitled, if found, to the metal detector, ~ ~ slide projector and scanner, or if any insurance proceeds are forthcoming on these items, such monies shall be the Husband's. 5 ~ The Husband shall retain title to the three gold nugqets previously ~ ~ given to the Wife. - Both of the parties shall exchange, at the earliest poss- ~ ible time, all books and items of personal clothing belonging to ~ ~ the other party which he or she has in his or her possession.
