The Husband shall retain title to the Dean Witter/Sears
Retirement Fund and the Wife shall release all right, title and
claim thereon.
5. The Ausband shall be solely responsible for the pay-
ments on the debts, as listed on Page 2 of the Husband's Financial
Aff idavi t, dated Apri 1 12 , 1985 , wi th the exception of the item
title "Boat 94.50", which shall be paid by the Wife. The Ausband
shall indemnify and hold the Wife harmless for all such payments or ~
debts.
The Husband shall be responsible for any and all doctor and
druq bills incurred by the parties prior to separation on November
24, 1984. All subsequent doctor and drug bills shall be the
responsibility of the party incurring such bill.
The Rusband sha21 be solely responsible for the monthly
payment and ultimate payments on the consolidation loan to First
National Bank And Trust of Stuart in an approximate amount of
$3,000.00. The Husband will also be solely responsible for the
Husband's education loan to Sun Bank and wiZl indemnify and hold
the Wife harmless from these loans.
The Wife shall be solely responsible for the repayment of
the personal loan from her £amily.

6. The parties hereto shall cooperate in the signing of '

any and all documents which will effectuate the transf er of per-
sonal or real property, as set out above.
C. ALIMONY: The Husband and Wife agree to waive any riqht
he or she may have for support or alimony, temporary and permanent,
that either of them may have now and in the future.
D. RESTORATION OF WIFE'S NAME: As of the date of the
signing of this Final Judgment, the Wife's former name RUTe MARIE
BUTLER shall be restored.
