FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on for Final Hearing on the Petition
for Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court having heard testimony of
the Petitioner and being otherwise fully advised, the Court finds that
the marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent is irretrievably
broken, therefore it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: !
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - That the marriage between the
Petitioner and Respondent is hereby dissalved.
2. RESIDENCY - The Petitioner is a bona fide resident of and
has continuously lived in the State of Florida for more than six months

' prior to the commencement of this action.
~ 3. PROCESS - The Respondent was personally served process,

~ and a Default was properly entered by the Clerk of this Court against
the Respondent.
~ 4. JURISDICTION - This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~ and the subject matter of this action.
