Florida, thence run South 89° 38' West along said North line of

236.20 feet; thence run East 19.55 feet to the point of begin-

filed in Plat Book I, Page 23, pubZic records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, the boundary of said parcel being more particu-

also being the same as the NE corner of the NW~ of Section 9,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, run South 89° 23' 35~" West
along the section line ~ a distance of 51. 33 feet to an iron pipe
on the East right of way line at Southerly terminus of Palmetto
Avenue as the same is presently monumented on the ground; thence
run South on a projection of said East right of way line a.
distance of 22.60 feet to a concrete monument; thence run East a
distance of 2 feet to a steel pin for the point of beginning of
the parcel to be herein conveyed; thence run South 0° 41' East on
a line being approximately 2 feet East of an existing wood paling

on the East right of way line at the Southerly terminus of

ground, said point being the point of beginning of the easement
herein described; thence continue South 89° 23' 35" West along
the section line a distance of 40 feet to the center line of said
Palmetto Avenue right of way; thence run Southerly on a projec-
tion of said center line of said Palmetto Avenue a distance of 57
feet, more.or less, to a point 1.5 feet North of an existing woad
paling fence; thence run East 42 feet to a steel pin; thence run
North 0° 41' West a distance of 35 feet to a steel pin; thence
run West 2 feet to a concrete monument; thence run North 22,6
feet to the point of beginning.
