THE PLAINTIFFS, MILTON M. SAGE and BERTIE SAGE, his
wife, by and thcough their undersigned counsel, ERIC J.
BRUNING, ESQUIRE, and the Defendants, by and through their
undersigned counsel, JOHN G. ROONEY, ESQUIRE, do hereby agree
and stipulate to continue the trial date set in the above
cause until the September, 1985 docket on the grounds that
due to scheduling problems with various treating physicians,
depositions and discovery are still in progrsss. Further, a
claim for contribution has been filed against the Plaintiff,
MILTON M. SAGE, by and the Defendant, and CLINTON W. LANIER,
ESQUIRE has entered an appearance and has requested time to
investigate and file a response to this claim.
