Tenant may not obligate Landlord to any ob2igations nor creare any liens
upon [he real and personal property owned by the LandZord. $
IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that this is a Short Form Lease which is
for the rents and upon the terms, covenants and conditions contained in the afore- ~
said callateral lease ag~eement executed by the parties hereto and bearing e~en
da[e herewith, which collateral leas~ agreement is and shall be a part of this
instrument as fully and completely as if the same were set forth herein.
