in the event that the Mortgagee or any other person acquires
title to the lease premises pursua~t to the exercise of any
remedy ~rovided foc in the Mortga~e, the Lease shall not be .
terminated or affected by the foreclosure or sale or any
such proceeding and the Mortgagee covenants that any sale of
the leased pre~ises pursuant to the exercise of any rights
and remedies under the Mortgage or otherwise, shall be made
subject to the Lease and the rights of the Tenant thPre-
under, and Mortgagee or such other person acquiring title to
the lease premises shall be bound by the Lease to perform
the covenants and obligations of Landlord required by the
Lease. The Tenant will attorn to the Mortgagee or any other
holder of the ~tortgage w:~o has acquired the premises throuoh
foreclosure or otherc~ise. This provision shall be self-
operative but the Tenant will execute and deliver any
additional instruments required to evidence such attornment.
