cipal atld iilterestto be paid at the date or dates and in the manner following:

of $214.93 each, commencing with the payment of the first
installment on the 15th day of May, 1985, and continuing
with the payments of the same each 15th day of the succeeding
months. Prepayment of principal and accrued interest per-
mitted without penalty.
A delinquency and collection charge may be charge d on each
payment which shall become and remain in default for a p~riod
of ZO days, in an amount equal to 57'0 of the past due payment
or payanents .
If mortgagor sells or transfers the mortgaged property
or any material part thereof, then mortgagee may declare
all indebtedness secured hereby to be acce2erated and
immediately due and payable.
The mortgagor will at all times keep the property insured in

by a company of his choice pro~•ided•the coverage and company
are acceptable to the mortgagee, and said policy sha1l name

This note to be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Florida, and is secured by mor-
tgage on real estate oF even date herewith.
If default be made in the payment of any said sums or interest or in the performance of any agreements con-
tained hereen, then, at the option of the holder of the same, the principa) sum then remaining unpaid with ac-
crued inierest shatl immediately beeome due aRd collectible without notice, time being of the essence of this con-
tr ct, and said ~r~nctpa) sum and said accrued interest shall both bear interest at the rate of

Each maker and endorser waives presentment, protest, notice of protest and notice of dishonor and agrees
to pay all•costs, including a reasonable attorney's fee, whether suit be brought or not, if munsei shail after
maturity of this note or default 6ereunder or under said mortgage, be employed to collect this note or to protect
the security thereof.
