HomeMy WebLinkAbout0942 -1 , ~11912 WARRANTY DEED THIS INDENTURE, made this / f~ day of June, 1985, by and between HOSFITAL CORPORATION OF AMERICA, a Tennessee corporation authorized to do business under the laws of the State of ~ Florida, hereinafter called "Grantor," and KENNETH RALPH KOHE?1 and NANCY DEAN KOHEN, his wife, whose mailing a~dress is 1700 S. E. Hillmoor Drive, Unit No. 40~, Port St. Lucie, Florida N~~ 33452, who regardless of number of gender, is hereinafter cailed the singular, masculine "Grantee." W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of the Condominium more fully described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, Grantee has purchased from the Grantor the Condomir,ium unit hereinafter described, together with its appurtenances described in the Declaration, subject to the terms and conditions thereof, and the Grantor desires to convey such Candominium unit and its appurtenances to the Grantee; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the Grantor has and does hereby grant, sell, transfer, convey assign, set over, and deliver to the Grantee, his personal representatives, heirs and assigns the following described property lying and being in St. Lucie Co~nty, Florida, to wit: Unit No. 402, of the TREASURE COAST MEDICAL CENTER, a Condominium, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed December 10, 1984, in Official Records Book 450, Pages 598 through 697, inclusive, and amended in Official Records Book 463, Pages 657 through 670, inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. TOGETHER with the exhibits attached there~o and made a part thexeof, and together with an undivided share in the ` common elements appurtenant thereto. i ~ This indenture is subject to: ~ ~ 1.
