Grantee acknowledges that she has read or has had made available
to her the Articles of Incorporation and the B}-Laws of Casa
Caprona Owners Association,Inc., a corporation not for profit
organized under the laws of the State of Florida, and the
Declaration of Protective Covenants far Ca~a Caprona, all of
said documents having been filed for record on June 25, 1982
in Official Records Book 378, Page 2930 through 2974 of the
Public Records of St.. Lucie County, Florida and understands that
each and every provision of the foregoxng documents is made for the
benefit of all owners of Casa Caprona and is essential to [he
successful operation and management of the common property of
the townhouse unit owners; covenants for herself, her heirs,
successors and assigns forever to abide by each and every
provision of said Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and
Declaration of Protective Covenants for Casa Caprona and
acknowledges that she has automatically become a member of Casa
Caprona Owners Association, Inc., and as a member of such
association agrees to be governed by the Charter, By-Laws, Rules
and Regulations of the Association duZy promulgated from time
to time including but not limited to her proportionate share
of any conmon expenses of Casa Caprona Owners Association, Inc.,
for which the grantee shall be liable.
