GRANTEES acknowledge that they have received and read the ;
foregoing Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporation ;
and By-Laws as recorded in 0. R. Book 350, Page 2205 of the ~
Pu~lic Records af St. Lucie County, Florida and the Amendments ;
to Declaration of Condominium as recorded in 0. R. Book 38b, ~
Page 2319, of the Public Records of St. Gucie County, rlorida; ~
they understand that each and every provision of the foregoing
documents is made for the benefit of all owners of the ~
Condominium and is essential to the successful operation and
management of said condominium property; they covenant for •
themselves, their heirs, successors and assiqns forever to
abide by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles
of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Amendments to the Declaration;
and further agree to pay the mortgage, if any, described in the
foregoing Deed; and Grantees further consent that the undivided
share and certain interest in the condominium property and the
common e~ements appurtenant to the condominium units herein
conveyed, and the proportional share of the common expenses for
which the Grantees shall be liable shall be 4.293 percent. ~
