ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come onto be heard upon the Respondent,
RICHARD E. CARTER'S, Motion to Deny Visitation, the Parties
having been present and represented by counsel, the Court having
reviewed the Evidence, heard argument of counsel, and being other-
wise advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the Order of June 17, 1985 in the above-5tyled
cause is modified to require the presence of a third person
acceptable ~o both Parties during all times the Petitioner, MARY
ANN PUTNAM DENNISON, is exercising visitation to protect the
welfare of the child, APRZL COLLEEN CARTER, and insure compliance
; with this Court's above-mentioned Order.
~ 2. Each party shall bear one-half of the daily pay, if
~ any, of said third person.
~
~ DONE AND ORDERED in Open Court at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie ,
~ County, Florida on this the 2nd day of July, 1985.
