since the time of the accident. Consequently, the Court is of the
opinion that plaintiff should recover $1,000 per year for 35 years,
totalling $35,040.00 and, accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
~ 1. That the jury verdict of $22,500.00 ~e increased by
$12,500.00 and judgment entered for plaintiff in the amount of
t
$35,000.00.
2. Defendants shall have fifteen (15) days within which to
accept this Additur. In the event that the Additur is not accepted ~
within fifteen days, this Court hereby orders a new trial on the
issue of damages only.
