Petitioner, as personal representative of the above estate, alleges:

1. The decedent, ~ERT DAVIS
a resident of st. Lucie County, Florida, died en tlovem~er 6 , lg s2 ~
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on Januarv 18 ,19 84
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting containing a complete teport of all
receipts and disbursements since the commencement of admiuistration of this estate, or since the date
of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons, other
than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by makin~ payment, settlement, or other
disposition of all claisns and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to he paid to the personal representatives,

in E~ibit A attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed atl required estate tax returns vrith the Internal R.evenue Service and
with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, xnd has obtained and filed with this court
~ evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for bo~h federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set
forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit B.
7. The only persons, other than Petitioner, having att interest in this proceeding and their
