10. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Peti-
' tioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent.
Petitioner requests that an Order of Summary Administra-
tion be entered directing distribution of the assets in the
estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 9
I' of this Petition.
