CERTIFICATE
The undersigned, being the of Gulfstream `
Broadcasting Co., Inc.i a carporation organized and existing
pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida and havings its
pr~ncipal office for the transaction of businegs in S~ L.t~.r.
County, Florida (Gulfstream), does hereby certify to Ingco, Inc.,
a corporation of the State of Florida, the following set of facts ~
knowing that such shall be relied upon by that corporation to its ~
possible substant~al financial detriment should any of the i
stat~ments not be accurate:
1. That a particular promissory note dated in Fort Pierce,
Florida, on December 22, 1978, in the principal sum of $562,500,
as rec~rded in ORB 31~, pages 2132-2133 of the public records of
St. Lur_ie County, Florida, made by Media lnvestors, Ltd., a
Missouri limited partnership, by its general partnera, including.
its corporate general partnei, Syndicated Services, Inc., a
Missouri corporation, with Gulfstream as the named payee, is on
the date of this certificate null, void, and without effect. -
2. That a particular promissory note dated in Fort Pierce,
Florida, on June 29, 1979, in the principal sum of $50,000, as
recorded in ORB 311, page 2142 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, made by Media lnvestors, Ltd., a Missouri
limited partnership, by its then managing general partner, Thomas
E. Dickey, with Gulfstream as the named payee is on the date of
this certificate null, void, and without effect.
3. Prior to January 28, 1981, this corporation was the named ~
payee of a certain promissory note madP by Media lnvestors, Ltd.
dated June 29, 1979, in the initial principal sum of $390,120.61 '
as recorded in OR8 311, pages 2175 and 2176, of the public
records of St. Luci~ County, Florida, and that on January 28,
1981, said promissory note was assigned to Robert A. Roberts and
Ronald E. Crider, joi~tly and severally, together with all ~
collateral security interests therefor, without recourse, which
collateral security interest includes a certain mor~gage dated ~
December 22, 1978, between Media lnvestors, Ltd. as mortgagor,
ar~d G!~itstream Broadcasting Co., Inc. as mortgagee, xecorded in ~
ORB _ 311, page 2124, subsequently modif ied by a Mortgage Modif i- ~
cation Agreement dated June 29, 197~, recorded in ORB 311, page 3
