The undergigned, being the President of Gulfstream
Broadcasting Co., Inc., a corporation organized and euistfng
pursuant to the lawa of the State of Florida and havfnga fts
incipal office for ttae transaction of business in
•~u Covnty, Florida (Gulfstream) , does hereby certify
to Ingco, Inc., a corporat3on of tbe State of Florida, the
fdllowing set of facts knowing that such shall be relied
upon by that corporation to its possible substantial ~
financial detriraent should any of the statements not be
accur3tes
This certificate gertains to certain real praperty
formerly owned by Gulfstream ana more particularly described
as shown on Exhibit A hereto. Said property was canveyed by
warranty deed t4 Ronald E. Crider and Robert A. Roberts as
tenants in common in January, 1981.
This is to certify that at the time of such transfer of
fee simple title, said property was subject to a lease
recorded at ORB 312, page 211b of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and an amendment to that lease
recorded in ORB 311, page 2122 of the public recorc7s of St.
Lucie County, Florida, with Gulfstream Broadcasting Co.,
Inc, as Lessor, and Mer3ia lnvestors, Ltd. as Lessee, which
lease was assigned or intended to be assigned with said deed
and *_hut Gulfstream has no further interest in said Iease as
amended.
