Agreement made this 3o day of Aprii, i985, by and
between INGCO, INC., a Florida corgoration, (hereafter
Ingco?, and Ronald 8. Crider of 3003 Terra Marr St., gt.
Lauder~iale, Florida, and Robe:t A. Roberte of 502 Bonnie

Brae Way, Hollywood, Florida, (hereafter Assignees).
WHEREAS, Assignees are the ownera by unrecorded written
assignment c~ated Jrnuary 28, 1981, from Gulfstream Broad-
casting Co., Inc. of:
- a Promissory Note in the original principal sum of
$390,12Q.61 made by Media lnvestors, Ltd. a limited part-
nership of the State of Missouri (Mec~ia) with Gulfstream
Broadcasting Co., Inc., a Florida corporation (Gulfstream)
as tbe named payee, recorded in O. R. Book 311, pages 2143-
2144 of the publfc records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
which Promissory Not~ is secured by and referrecl to in
- a Mortgage Modification Agreement dated June 29,
1979, between Media and Gulfstream recorded in O. R. Book
311, pages,2134-2144 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, modifying ,
- a Mortgage dated December 22, 1978. between the ~ame
parties recorded in O. R. Book 311, pages 2124-2131 of the
public iecords of St. Lucie County, Fiorida, and
WHERSAS, Ingco has agreed to assume by assignment from
Media the obligationa of Media set out in the aforementi+~ned
Promissory Note and Mortgage, as modified, provided 1) all
. of the foregoing are further modified as provided herein,
and 2? Ingco becomes the owner of radio station WFTP-ANii,
Fort Pierce, Florida, pursuant to contract ~ith Me~df~ dated
April 2~, 1985.
