84-180-CP, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,
a 1/4 interest in real property located in St.Lucie County passed to
Pauline Mirkin.
4. That at the time that this Court entered its order, on March
9,1984, in the estate of Lillian Scheibel, it was not known that Pauline
biirkin had preceased Lillian Scheibel. Therefor~, it is necessary to
probate the interest that Pauline Mirkin has in the subject real propefity
described as 1/2 of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3 of Block 7 of SUNLAND GARDENS
SUBSIVISION, Fort Pierce, St.Lucie County, Florida and pass her 1/4
interest to her children, hereinabove named, in equal shares, share and
share alike pursuant to the Florida Porbate Code.
5. That Lillian Scheibel died on February 3,1981 which predeceased
Pauline Mirkin. At the time of Lillian Scheibel's dea~ii, Pauline Mirkin
was a legal heir of Lillian Scheibel. '

6. Venue of this proceeding is in St.Lucie County, because the
decedent's estate was granted a 1/4 interest in real property located
in St.Lucie County, Florida, as more particularly herein set forth.
7. Carolyn Levine, whose address is previously setforth in this
petition, and who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida
to serve as personal representative of the deceased ancillary estate
° is entitled to file this petition as surviving daughter of the deceased,

Pauline Mirkin, and based upon waivers executed by all other legal heirs

~ of Pauline Mirkin and based upon the fact that she has been appointed
~ as the domicilliary personal representative of the estate in the State
of Massachusetts.
8. The nature and approximate value of the assets in the estate
~ is a 1/4 interest in real property, more particularly describeci. hereinabove,
which is of the value of approximately $500.00.
G 9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or codicil of

~ th~ decedent othe~ than as set forth herein.

~ 10. An authenticated copy of the decedents Last Will and Testament
~ probated in probate Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,

~ together with authenticated copy of probate order admitting the Will to
~
~ probate and appointment of administratrix are attached hereto and made a
