Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Harbor Federal Savings and Loan Association
(formerly named: First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce), a corpor-
ation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage
given by Wedge Development Co., Inc., a Florida Corporation
dated December 28 , 19 84 , and recorded in the puhlic records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 452 on page 435 , securing
the payment of the sum of
Four Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100------------Dollars 4,800.00 )
coverinq property in the Caunt, ~f St. Lucie , Florida, doth hereby
acknowledge that it has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the note
secured thereby, and doth hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and
quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in and to the prem-
ises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the
aforesaid County to cancel the same of record.
