ASSIGNMFNT OF NOTE AND MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. That Janet Marie
Ballard, an heir and legatee of Clarence J. Glynn, deceased,
the holder and owner of a Second Mortgage executed by Carl
A. Hamilton and Mary A. Hamilton, his wife, to Clarence J.
Glynn and Evelyn F. Glynn, his wife, dated February i~,
1978, an3 recorded in the Office of the Recorder, Book 282
at Page 6 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby ~
assign, transfer and set over to LANCE THAYERS, 8705 So.
Trail, ~30, Sarasota, Florida 33583, all her right, title
and interest in and to the said Second Mortgage and the note
and debt described therein, and to all sums of money due and
to become due thereon.
