THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
Husband's Motion to set aside sale, and the Court having been
advised of the same, and further that the property description
in this Court's Order of July l, 1985 and the publication commencing
July 10, 1985 is an improper and insufficient description containing
only a part of the total property, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED T~ND ADJUDGED that the Order of July 1, 1985
scheduling a sale on the 25th day of July, 1985 is hereby vacated.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
