COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, an officer duly authorized to administer oaths and ;
take acknowledgments, first appeared RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., who ~
~
by me being first duly sworn, upon oath says: That my name is ~
Richard D. Sneed, Jr., that affiant represented Sid L. Nathanson ~
and rionica Nathanson, his wife, Lessors, under that certain °
Memorandum Lease dated October 1, 1983j and recorded in O. R. ~
Book 413 at pages 2608 and 2609 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, a signed copy of which is attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof. Affiant further states that it was
the intention of all parties to the Memorandum Lease to have the
legal description of the property under the Lease described in an
Exhibit A and to attach the Exhibit A to the Memorandum Lease.
However, through inadvertence the Exhibit A was not attached at
the time of recording.
Af£iant further states that he has personal knowl~dge that
the real property involved in the Memorandum Lease was the Chiro-
practic Clinic property then owned by Sid L. Nathanson and Monica
Nathanson, his wife, described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 1, KOBLEGARD'S RE-SU~DIVISZON
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 7,
page 49, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Affiant turther states that no other properties then owned
by Sid L. Nathanson and Monica Nathanson were ~nvolved in the
aforementioned Lease.
Affiant says nothing further.
