YATES, 3oined by the minor child, WILLIAM MICHAEL GOODWIN, petitioning I for a Final Judgmen~ of Adoption of the said WILLIAM MICHAEL ' GOODWIN and the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds: 1. That this Court has 3urisdiction of this cause. 2. That the Petitioner, GLENtl M. YATES is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child named in this Petition and that the best interest of the said minor child will be pro- ` moted by such adoption. f 1 F ~ 3. That the natural father of the minor child, ~ ~ WILLIAM G. GOODWI~1, has executed a written consent to this r adoption. 4. That the said minor child is suitable for adoption E by the Petitioner. It is therefore, upon consideration thereof; ~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws: ~ A. The Court having been furnished with a Consent ~ ~ ~ signed by the natural father in the above cause and the Court ~ ~ further having been advised that the natural mother of the minor GUY R.
