FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on July 22, 1985, upon
the Petition for Adoption filed by the Petitioners, ROBERT LEWIS
SCHWEIGER and CYNTHIA LYNNE SCHWEIGER, his svife, it appearing to
the Court the CHILDREN'S HOME SOCIETY OF FLORIDA, a Florida
corporation not for profit, being a child placing agency duly
licensed by the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative
5ervices, has filed its Recommendation for and Consent to Adoption ~
which has been made a part of the court file, and also having
filed a family history and medical record, together with the
Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services having
filed its answer consenting to said adoption and waiving further
notice.
On the evidence presented, the Court does hereby
find the Petitioners, ROBERT LEWIS SCHWEIGER and CYNTHIA LYNNE
'i SCHWEIGE~2, his wife, are fit and proper persans to adopt the

' minor child named in the Petition for Adoption; that the best
's
~ interests of the minor child will be promoted by this adoption;
and that the minor child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners.
It is, therefore, upon consideration
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows:

~ 1. The permanent custody of the minor child to be
known as DARIAN DAVID SCHWEIGER be and the same is hereby given
and granted to ROBERT LEWIS SCHWEIGER and CYNTHIA LYNNE SCHWEIGER,
; his wife.
