to as Assignee, without recourse, all of Assignor's riqht, title ;

by Frank C. McCrystle and Alyce R. McCrystle, his wife, unto ~
EVA MAUpE HARROWER aat~a April l, 1970, recarded among the land
records of Ba~timore County, LIBER 02C. 5082, Page 152, together
with the debt secured thereby.

~ 3rd of June , 1976, as a resident of the State of

~ Florida. S~aid CLEO IVAN THOMPKINS was appointed personal represen- ~
~ tative of the Esrate of EVA MAUDE HARROWER on the 30thday of June ~

197 6, in the above referenced case. A copy o~ the Order authorizinq
this Assignment is attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a
part hereof by reference.
