THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion of CLEO ~
IVAN THOMPKINS, the Guardian of the Person.tand Property of
DOROTHY E. VALINE, and the personal representative of the Estate
of EVA MAUDE HARROWER, Deceased, and the Court having examined the
Motion, and having heard the arQUment of counsel, and beinq other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Estate of EVA MAUDE HARROWER, Deceased, Case
No. 76-240 CP, be, and is hereby reopened, and CLEO IVAN THOMPKINS,
the personal representative of the Estate of EVA MAUDE HARROWER, be,
and is hereby reappointed as personal representative of the Estate ~
of EVA MAUDE HARROWER, without bond, and CLEO IVAN THOMPKINS is in-
structed and ordered as personsl representative of the Estate of
EVA MAUDE HARROWER to execute any and all assignments as personal
representative of the Estate from the personal representative of
the Esb.~te of EVA MAUDE HARROWER to the Guardian of the property of
DOROTHY E. VALINE and said personal representativ~ is spE~cifically
authorized and empowered to execute an assignment of that certain
mortgage from Frank McCrystle and Alyce R. McCrystle, his wife, which
is recorded in Official Records Book 5802, Page Numbers 152, 153, 154
and 155 of the records of Baltimore County, Towson, Maryl.and. Said
mortgage having been given by the mortgagors to the decedent, EVA
DiA[QDE HARROWER. That CLEO IYAN THOMPKINS is ordered and authori'zed
to make said Assignment of mortgage and note to DOROTHY E. VALINE and
that CLE9 IVAN THOMPKINS as guardian of the property of DOROTHX E. VALINE
