'is ordered to hold said asset as an asset of the guardianship of
the property of DOROTHY E. VALINE.
2. The Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida, be, and
is hereby ordered, instructed and empowered to execute and certify
Letters of Administration for CLEO IVAN THOMPKINS as being in full
force and effect as of the date of execution and rendition of this
Order.
3. That CLEO IVAN THOMPKINS as the personal representa-
tive of the Estate of EVA MAUDE HARROWER and as guardian of the
property of DOROTHY E. VAI,INE, be, and is hereby ordered to file
copies of the Assignment of Mortgage and Note that he executes on
beha2f of the Estate iri favor of the Guardianship in both the pro-
bate and guarduanship files.
. 4. This Court retains jurisdiction to enter such further
orders as it deems just, equitable and necessary an@ proper.
