PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the person and prop~rty of ;

ELIZABETH GRIESBACHER, alleges: ,

1. The need of the continuation of this guardianship no
longer exists by reason of the fact that the ward, ELIZABETH
GRIESBACHER, is deceased.
2. Fetitioner files herewith a final return containing a
full and correct account of all receipts and disbursements of all
the ward's property over which Petitioner has had controi since
~the last return f~led herein, which return incZudes a statement
~
of the ward's assets.

3. Petitioner represents that all interested persons have
I;
filed receipt of distribution and waiver of notice and consent to E'
discharge of guardian pursuant to Rule 5.680, Florida Rules of
~ Probate and Guardianship Procedure.

~y WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be entered
i
~ approving all accounting not previously approved and discharging
~ Petitioner as guardian and releasing the surety on Petitioner's
bond, if any, from further liability.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
