PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD
Petitioner, Alberta S. Widman, as Guardian of the property
of ELMER SMITH, an incompetent, respectfully alleges:

1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain property,
which Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows:
Situated in the County of St. Lucie, S~ate of
Florida, to wit:
Lot 9, J. H. Williams Subdivision, according I
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
4, page 60, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County.
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and necessary
' to sell the property described above for the following reason:

~ The revenue is nseded to maintain the Ward in
the nursing care facility.

~ 3. Petitioner desires to sell the property to ROBERT SCOTT
CAMERON for $21,000.00 less brokerage fee and closing costs, and

Seller to pay $630.00 in loan points

A copy of the contract for sale is submitted herewith, and
~ ' attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
