The getitioner, JOHN O. HAWLEY, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the nominated personal representative of the decedent.
Petitioner`s name and address are: JOHN (3. HAWLEY, 4728 South
25th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 33482, and the name and address of
petitioner's attorneys are set forth at the end of this petition. ~
2. Decedent, GEORGIA P. HAWLEY, whose last known ad-
dress was 2$91 West Midway Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, and whose ~
age was 87 years, and whose social security number is 267-09-
6456, died on June 21, 1985, at Fort Pierce, .Florida and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known the names of the benef iciaries
of this estate and their addresses and relationships to d~ce-
dent, are;

preference in appointment as personal representative because he
is the nominated personal representative under CLAUSE III of
decedent's last will.
