6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are; Real and personal property having a value
of more than $1Q0,000.00.
7. The estate will not be required to file a federal
estate tax return.
8. The original of the decedent's last will dated
December 13, 1977, accompanies this Petition.
Petitior.er acknowledges that he is qualified to act as
personal representative under the laws of the State of Fiorida;
that he will faithfully administer the estate of said decedent
according to law, and that he hereby designates CHESTER B.
GRIFFIN, a r~sident of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose resi-
dence address is 151 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, as his
agent or attorney for service of pracess in a~y suit or action
against him in his representative capacity, or personally if
such personal action accrued in the administra~ion of this
estate.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will
be admitted to probate and that he be appointed personal
,
representative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
