I, GEORGIA P. HAWLEY, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do -
hereby maKe, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
f

Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CI~AUSE I: I direct my personal repxesentative to pay
out of my residuary estate, all of my ju~t debts, including
the expenses of my last~illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of the rest, residue
and rema~.nder of my property, real and personal, wherever
situate and whether acquired before or after the execution of
this Will, to my stepson, JOHN O. HAWLEY, provided that if he
does not aurvive me then all of said property shall go equally
to his children living at the date of my death, share and

share alike.
CLAUSE III: I nominate and appoint my stepson, JOHN O.
HAWLEY, as personal representative of this Will, to serve
without bond, and in the event he shall die, resign or be
unable for any reason to act or to continue acting as such,
then I name and appoi.nt m~ friend, KATHRYN M. THOMAS, as per-
t
~ sonal representative, to serve without bond.
~ My personal representative shall have all of the rights, ;
powers~ duties and responsibilities granted under Chapters '
733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 13thday of December, 1977.
