(f) YARD AREA shall mean the front, side and rear yard
areas as established and required under other provisions
described in these convenants and restrictions. ~ t;

III. APPGICATInN
The terms and pravisions of this requirements shall apply to
real property as follows:
(a) All vacant and undeveloped pzoperty.
(b) All property in all zoninq classifications that is
intended to be developed.
(c) The yard ateas of all developed property.
IV. PERMISSION REQUIR~D
(a) TREES. No person, organi.zation, society, association
or corporation, or any agent or representative thereof, directly
or indirectly, shall cut down, destroy, remove or move, or
= effectively destroy through damaqing, any tree, situated on
property described above without first obtaining written approval
of the ARC.
~ (b) LAND CLEARINGt_REMOVING OR_FILLING. No person,
organization, society, association or corporatio'n or any agent or
representative thereof, directly or indirectly, shall enqaqe in
landclearing, land-removing or land-filling activities in The '
Reserve, or use, operate, propell, or maintain in use any
bulldozer, pay loader, front end loader, backhoe, dragline, power
shovel, road grader, dump truck, dredge, sand pumpinq mact~ine,
pump line, fill spreader or other heavy duty land-clearing, land-
removictg or Tiand-fillinq equipment without first obtaininq
written permission from the ARC.
V. SITE PLAN INFORMATION
Site plans submitted in connection with applications for
permits for the removal, relacation ar replacement of trees shall
include the followinq information and details which shall be
summarized in legend form on the plan:
(a) Location of all existing or proposed structures,
improvements and site uses, properly dimensioned and referenced
to propezty lines, setback and yard requirements and spatial
relationships.
(b) Existing and proposed site elevation, qrades and major
contours.
(c) Location of existinq or proposed utility services.
