Groups of trees in close pxoximity may be desiqnated as "clumps" of trees with the predominate type, estimated number and average diameter noted. VI. ALTERNATE SITE PLAN INFOE~MATION In the event that there are no trees, shrubs cr vegetative cover locat~d on the sit~ to be developed which are required to be protected under the provisions of these requirements,_ the applicant shall so state in his application for permission hereunder. If such statement is substantiated by a field inspection of the site by a representative of the ARC, the applicant shall be relieved of the necessity of supplying unnecessary or unim portant information. VII. FRE-APPLICATIUN INSPECTION In connection with application under the alternate site plan procedure, and in connection with application involvinq larqe tracts of property, a representative of the ARC shall make his ~ services available far pre-application inspection of the sites involved. ~ VIII. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMISSION FOR REMOVAL ' No permission shall be granted for removal of trees, shrubs or vegative cover unless one of the following conditions exists: t ~ (a) The tree is located in the buildable area or yard area ~ where a structure or improvements may be placed and it ~ unreasonably restricts the permitted use of the property and such tree cannot reasonably be relocated 'elsewhere on the proprty. (b) The tree cannot be relocated on or off the site because of the aqe, type or size of the tree. (c) The tree is diseased, injured, in danqer of falling, too close to existing or proposed structures, interferes with the existinq utility service, creates unsafe vision clearance or conflicts with other restrictions or regulations. IX. TREE PROTECTION (a) During the land clearing and construction stage of development, the developer shall erect and maintain protective barriers (to ARC specification) around all trees or groups of trees to be protected.
