18. Temporary Structures: No structure of a temporary
character, (i.e. trailers, basements, tents, shacks, garages,
barns or other out buildings) shall be used on any Lot at any
time as a residence either temporarily or permanently.
19. Removal of Trees: In reviewinq building plans, the ARC
shall take into accoun~ the natural landscapinq of said Lot (i.e.
trees, shrubs etc.) and encourage the Owner to incorporate them
in his landscaping plan. No trees two (2) inches in diameter at
one (1) foot above the natural qrade shall be cut or removed
without the approval of the ARC, said approval may be qiven when
such removal is necessary for the construction of a dwelling or
other improvement.
20. Window Air Conditioning Units: No window or wall air
conditioning units shall be permitted.
21. Mailboxes: All mailboxes and paper boxes are to be of
one design throughout the entire c3evelopment. The purchase of
said boxes shall be coordinated by the Developer or Association
whichever is applicable at that time. If and when the United
States mail service or the newspaper(s) involved shall indicate a
willinqness to make delivery to wall receptacles att'ached to
dwellings, each property owner, upon th~ request of the ARC,
shall replace the boxes or receptacles previously employed for
such purpose or purposes with wall receptacles attached to
dwellings.
` 22. Sight Distance at Intersection: No fence, wall, hedge
~ or shrub which obstructs siqht lines shall be placed or permitted
~ to remain on any corner Lot within the triangular area formed by
~ the street property lines and a line connecting them at points
~ thirty-five (35) feet from the intersection of the street lines,
~ or in case of a rounded property corner, from the intersection of
f a street property line with the edge of a driveway. No trees
~ shall be permitted to remain within such distances of such inter-
~ sections unless the foliage line is maintained at sufficient
~
~ height to prevent obstruction of siqht lines. ~
23. Utility Connections: Building connectio~ns for all
x utilities, includinq, but not Iimited to, water~, electricity,
telephone and television shall be run underground from the proper
connectinq points to the buildinq structure in such a manner to
be acceptable to the governing utiltity authority.

~ 24. Acceptance: An understandinq of the above, toqether
~ with compliance with ~11 the provisions of the General Covenants
~ and Restrictions, is fundamental to the d~velopm~nt of each
; individual residence, which, in turn, re~lects on the ultimate
~ community character.
