SITE PLAN & ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW REQUIREMENTS
Every property owner wishinq ta construct or modify a
residence in The Reserve m ust apply to:
The Reserve Plantation Architectural
Committee

for site plan and design approval prior to seeking a County site
plan approval and building permit.
Factors to be considered by the ARC will include, among
others, elevation, exterior surface treatment, color, lines of
sight, shadows, orientation of buildinq(s) on the lot, and ~
relation to other structures in The Reserve Plantation, either
existing or previously approved.
All plans and specifications must be DRAWN and STAMPED by a
reqistered Florida architect or an approved builder, and the
: proposed contractor must be a qualified home builder licensed in
~ St. Lucie County.

~ Every applicant must provide the Architectural Cammittee f~
with the following: ~

~ A. Preliminary site plan drawn at not less than 1" to 10'
~ scale:
~
1. The proposed location of structure(s),
driveway(s), swales (as inconspicuous as
~ possible), and functi4nal outdoor spaces
(pools, porches, patios, e~c.) being cer-
tain to observe legal setback restrictions.
* B. Preliminary floor plans drawn at not less than 1/8" to
~ 1' scale showing all governing outside dimensions.
~ C. Preliminary elevations drawn at not less than 1/8" to 1'
scale showing design intent and illustratinq materials specified
~ by the architect for exterior treatment. Material samples may be
submitted at this time, if available.
