(f) Y~RD AREA shall mean the front, side and rear yard
areas as established and required under other provisions
described in these convenants and restrictions.
III. APPLICATION
The terms and provisiona of this requirements shall apply to
real property as follows:
(a) All vacant ar~d undeve~oped property.
(b) All property in all zoning classifications that is
intended to be develaped.
(c) The yard areas of all developed pxoperty.
IV. PERMISSION REQUIRED
(a) TREES. No person, organization, society, association
or corporatian, or any aqent or representative thereof, directly
or indirectly, shall cut down, destroy, remove or move, or
effectively destroy throuqh damaqinq, any tree, situated on
property described above without first obtaininq written approval
of the ARC.
(b) LAND CLEARING1_REMOVING OR_FILLING. No person,
orqanization, society, association or corporation or any agent or
representative thereof, directly or indirectly, shall enqaqe in
landclearing, land-removinq or land-fillinq activfties in The
Reserve, or use~ operate, ~sropell, or maintain in use any
bulldozer, pay loader, front end loader, backhoe, dragline, power
~ shovel, road qrader, dump truck, dredge, sand pumpinq machine,
pump line, fill spreader or other heavy duty land-clearing, land-
removinq or land-fillinq equipment without first obtaining
written permission from the ARC.

E V. SITE PLAN INFORMATION '

6 Site plans submitted in connection with applications for
~ permits for the removal, relocation or replacement af_ trees shall
~ include the followinq information and details which shall be
~ summarizec] in legend form on the plan:
(a) Gocation of all existinq or proposed structures,
~ im provements and site uses, properly dimensioned and referenced
to property lines, setback and yard requirements and spatial
E relationships.

s (b) Existinq and proposed site elevation, qrades and major ~
E contours. ~

(c) Gocation of existing or proposed utility services. ~
