(d) The common and botanical names, sizes and locatfon of
all trees, shrubs or desirable veqetative cover on the site to be
developed which are respectively to be retained, removed,
relocated or replaced. Groups of trees in close proximity may be
designated as "clumps" of trees with the predominate type,
estimated number and average diameter noted.
VI. ALTERNATE SITE PGAN INFORMATION
In the ev~nt that there are no trees, shrubs or vegetative
cover 1 oca ted on the s i te to be deve loped wh i ch a re r equ i red to
be protected under the provisions of these requirements, the
applicant shall so state in his application for permission
hereunder. If such statement is substantiated by a field
inspection of the site by a representative of the ARC, the
applicant shall be relieved of the necessity of supplying
unnecessary or unimportant information.
VII. PRE-APPLICATION INSPECTION
` In connection with application under the alternate site plan
; procedure, and in connection with application involvinq large '
tracts of property, a representative of the ARC shall make his
services available for pre-application inspection of the sites
involved.
VIII. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMISSION FOR REMOVAL

; No permission shall be granted for removal of trees, shrubs
t or veqative cover unless one of the following conditions exists:

~ (a) The tree is located in the buildable area or yard area
where a structure or improvements ~ay be placed and it
unreasonably restricts the permitted use of the property and such
tree cannot reasonably be relocated elsewhere on the proprty.
(b) The tree cannot be relocated on or off the site because
~ of the aqe, ty~e or size of the tree.
~ (c) The tree is diseased, injured, in danqer of fallinq,
~ too close to existing or proposed structures, interferes with the
~ existing utility service, creates unsafe vision clearance or
~ conflicts with other restrictions or regulations.

~ IX. TREE PROTECTION
(a) During the land clearinq and construction staqe of
development, the developer shall erect and maintain protective
E barriers (to ARC specification) around all trees or qroups of
trees to be protected. The developer shall not allow the
movement of equipment or the storgage of equipment, materials,
debris or fill to be placed within the protective barrier.
