No business, or commercial mobile home or manufactured home buildinq may be erected on any Lot and no business, including qarage sales, may be conc~ucter~ on any part thereof. No building or other improvement shall be , erected upon any Lot with~ut prior ARC approval thereof as else- ~ where herein provided. No Got shall be divided, subdivided or ~ reduced in size unless each divided or subdivided portion thereof ~ is consolidated with oc~e or more contiguous Lots ~nder or~e owner- ' ship. In the event of the division or subdivsion of any Got(s) as aforesaid, the obliqation for Association expense~ shall be attributable and chargeable to the contiquous Lot(s), and the Owner(s) thereof, to and with which all or portions of the divided or subdivided Lot(s) become consolidated. In the event . j that one or more Lots are developed as a unit, the provisions of these Covenants and Restrictions shall apply thereto as a single Lot. Antennas: No aerial, antenna or satellite ; receiving dish shall be placed or ~rected or affixed in any ' manner to any buildinq in Reserve Creek. Section 4. Boats and Recreational Vehicles: No boats, trailers, trucks, campers, m otorhomes, recreational vehicles, ; qolf carts or other motor vehicles, except four-wheel passenger ; vehicles and conventional pick-up style trucks, shall be placed, ~ parked or stored upon any Lot, unless garaged or ~ompletely ~ screened from the view of the roads or adjacent dwellings. With ' the exception of service or construction companies using trucks ; in the normal couse of their business. In no event shall any powerboat be operated in any lake within Reserve Creek. ~ Section 5. Artificial Vegetation: Na artificial grass, ~ plants or other artificial veqetation shall be placed or main- ~ tained upon the exterior portion of any Lot, unless approved by the ARC. Section 6. Automobile Storage Areas: No automobile qarage ~ shall be enclosed or converted to other use. No carports shall be p~rmitted. All garage~ must have.doors that are to be main- tained in useful condition. Section 7.
