Severability: Invalidation of any one of these Covenants and Restictions by judgment or court order shall in no way affect any other provisians which shall remain in full force and effect. Section 4. Amendment: This Declaration may be amended at any time and from time to time upon the execution a~d recordation of an instrument executed by Owners holding not less than two- thirds (2/3) of tr.e voting interests of the membership, provided that so lonq as the Geveloper is the owner ~f any Got or any property affected by this Declaration, or amendment hereto, or appoints a Director of the Association, no ame~dment will be effective without Developer's express written joinder and consent. The Developer may unilaterally amend this document for purposes of compliance with regulations of Division of Land Sales, Florida Department of Business Regulation, or other governmental entity having jurisdiction, or may otherwise amend this Declaration as it deems best, provided such other amendment does ~ot adversely affect the interests of the then owners of Lots in Reserve Creek. Section 5. Usage: Whenever used the singular shall include the plural and the sinquZar, and the use of any gender shall include all genders. Section 6.
