Pierce, FG 33451 Telephone: (305)464-1188 for site plan and design approval prior to seeking a County site plan approval and building permit. Factors to be considered by the ARC will include, among others, elevation, exterior surface treatment, color, lines of siqht, shadows, orientation of buildinq(s) on the lot, and relation to other structures in Reserve Creek, either existinq or previously approved. All plans and specifica~ions must be DRAWN and STAMPED by a registered Florida architect or an approved builder, and the proposed contractor must be a qualified home builder licensed in k St. Gucie County. ~ I. PRELIMINARY APPROVAG: - r ~ Every applicant m ust provide the Architectural Committee with the following: A. Preliminary site plan drawn at not less than 1" to lA' scale: 1. The proposed location of structure(s), driveway(s), swales (as inconspicuous as possible), an8 functional outdoor spaces (pools, porches, patios, etc.) bQing cer- ~ tain to observe legal setback restrictions. ~ n. Prelimf nary f loor plans drawn at not less than 1/8" to I 1' scale showing all governing outside dimensfons. { ~ C. Preliminary elevations drawn at not less than 1/8" to 1' ' scale showing desiqn intent and illustrating materials specified by the architect for exterfor treatment.
