(g) Treatment of both sides of all retaining and privacy
walls and/or fences.
(h) Detail far screening of all exterior equipment such as
pool, air-conditionfng and garbage, et cetera.
The landscaping of the finished lot shall be in strict
conformance wtth the approved plot and landscapinq foundation
plans. Any deviation must gain the prior approval of The Reserve
Creek Architectural Committee.
