(f) YARD AREA shall mean the front, side and rear yard "
areas as established and required under other provisions ~
described in these convenants and restrictions.
III. APPLICATION
The term s and provisions of this requirements shall apply to
real property as follows:
(a) All vacant and undeveloped property.
(b) All property in all zoning classifications that is
intended to be developed.
~c) The yard areas of all developed property.
IV. PERMISSION REQUIRED

(a) TREES. No person, organization, society, association ,
or corporation, or any aqent or representative thereof, directly
or indirectly, shall cut down, destroy, remove or move, or ~
effectively destroy throuqh damaging, any tree, sitaated on
property described above without first obtaininq written approval
of the ARC.
~ (b) LAND CLEARINGl_P.EMOVING OR FILLING. No person,
~ organization, society, association or corporation or any agent or
~ representative thereof, directly or indirectly, shall enqage in
~ landclearing, lanc~--removing or land-fillinq activities in The
~ Reserve, or use, operate, propell, ar maintain in use any
bulldozer~ pay loader, front end loader, backhoe, dragline, power
shovel, road grader, dump truck, dredqe, sand pumpinq machine,
pump line, fill spreader or other heavy duty land-clearing, land-
removing or land-fillinq equipment without first obtai~inq
written permission from the ARC.
V. SITE PLAN INFORMATION
Site plans submitted in connection with applications for
permits foz the removal, relocation or replacement of trees shall
include the following information and details which shall be i
summatized in legend form on the plan:
(a) Location of all existing or proposed structures,
improvements a~d site uses, properly dimensioned and referenced
to property lines, setback and yard requirements and spatial
relationships.
(b) Existing and proposed site elevation, grades and major
contours.
(c) Gocation of existing or proposed utility services.
