DISPOSAL OF DISEASED TREES Trees that are found to be diseased by the ARC, and to be in - danqer of contaminatinq other trees or of spzeading such tree ' infection, disease or insects, shall be removed and disposed of, t if necessary, without undue delay and on an emergency basis, as ' the circumstances may require. XIV. NATURAL GROWTH TO BS PRESERV~D Every effort shall be put forth on all undeveZoped property and property in the process of development, to retain particular areas of natural veqetative cover that is determined by the ARC to be fragile ecosystem, unique valuable, desirable or neazly estinct in our area, unless it would unduly restrict the use of surrounding property or create a condition of undue hardship on said owner. XV.
