To thoae certain lots, pieces, or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, more particularly described as follows,
to-wit: Commence at the point of intersection of the Eaet right of ~ray line of the
Florida East Coast RailWay Company and the North line of Section 35, To~nship 35
South, Range 40 East; run thence Southeasterly along the East right of ~y line of
said Florida East Cnast RailWay Company, a di8tance of 1201.10 feet to the point of
beginning, thence run West parallel to the North line of said Section 35 to the Weat
line of the L 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the said Section; thence South along the West
line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 35, a distance of 100 feet; thence
~ run East parallel to the North line of said Section, to the Weat boundarq of the
Indian River; thence NorthWesterly along the West bank of the Indian River to a
point due East of the point of beginaing; thence run West parallel to the North line
of said Section 35 to the point of beginning; aame being a part of the North 1240
feet of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Townahip 35 South, Range 40 Eset;
F~CCEPTING THEREFROM, the right of waq of the Florida East Coast Railway Company and
the right of way for public road known as Indian River Drive. ~
