EX FARTE TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS MATTER came before ihe Court based upon the sworn Petition for
Separate Maintenance filed by the Petitioner, LINDA JO DEVLIN, and upon
consideration of the verified allegations contained therein, and the Court being
otherwise advised in the premises, the Court finds that ir.^.mediate and
irreparable injury may occur to the Petitioner and/or the minor Children, and
ihat this E X P A R T E T E M P O R A R Y O R D E R should be entered without notice to
protect the parties from the time of service of the Petition upon the
R espondent, J A MES MIC H A E L DEY LIN, and that Notice to R espondent prior to
entry of this O R DE R is undesirable based upon the circumstances of ihis case
as alleged by Petitioner, ihereupon it is hereby -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1.) The Respondent, jAMES MICHAEL DEVLIN~ is hereby ~

enjoined and restrained from harassing, annoying, threatening or intimidating the '

Wife and{or the minor Children of Lhe parties pending Temporary and Final
Hearing in this cause. ~
2.) The Court waives bond becaus~ this Order is issued solely
to prevent physical injury or abuse of a natural person and the time of entry of
this ORDER.
3.) Both parties are hereby enjoined and restrained from
removing the minor 'Children from the State of Florida.
4.) The Petitioner is herein awarded sole temporary parental
responsibility for the parties' minor Chitdren, NICOLE MARIE DEVLIPI and
BRYAN ALLEN DEVLIN.
