ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause coming on to be heard on August 19, 1985 on the
Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt and the Court having heard
testimony of the respective parties and argument of counsel
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Husband, Gary LeRoy Coburn, has failed to
comply with the terms of the Order on Temporary Relief entered
in this cause ~on May 8, 1985 and is in arrears in his payments
to the Wife for child support ~n the sum of $160 as of August
19, 1985.
2. The Husband, Gary LeRoy Coburn, has failed to
comply with the terms and conditions of the Order on Temporary
Relief dated May 8, 1985 providing for the payment by the Husband
to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, of the sum of $200 as a temporary
attorney's fee and costs in the amount of $62.50, being a total
of $262.50 for fee and costs.
, 3. The Husband has been gainfully and regularly ~

employed since the entry of the Order on Temporary Relief up
to the date of the hearing on August 19, 1985 and has the ability
to make such payments pursuant to said Order of Temporary Relief
above set out.
4. The Husband, Gary LeRoy Coburn, is in wilful
contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with the terms
of the Order as above set out. ~
